Offline folder is empty when Drive FS is enabled

Chrome OS Version: 11316.35.0, 72.0.3626.30 dev-channel eve

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Drive FS flag from chrome://flags
(2) Go to Offline folder
(3)

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?
Offline folder is empty when Drive FS is enabled.

Issue not observed if Drive FS is not enabled.

Status: Closed (was: Untriaged)
This is expected with DriveFS. Only files marked as available offline will show up in Offline. Google docs will not.
