Frosted glass chip is covering the other chips

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Switch from a corp account to a personal Dasher account
1. Open Files

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I have no idea what this chip is, but it's covering the other chips.

Did this work before? N/A
