In the enterprise, there are times when a new extension is rolled out or upgraded.  Admins sometimes run into problems and want the ability to rollback to an older version of an extension.

While some admins are willing to host their own Web Stores to as a workaround most admins do not want to go through that extra effort and would prefer a method to rollback extensions to a known stable version.
