Omnibox Dropdown flickers when Rich Entity Suggestions are shown

Chrome Version: Canary 73.0.3646.0 
OS: macOS 10.14.2 (but probably OS=ALL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I think I am in an Experiment for Rich Entity Suggestions or it is now default?
(2) Type something into the Omnibox, so that Rich Entity Suggestions appear in the Dropdown
(3) Take a look at the Dropdown

What is the expected result?
No see no flicker.

What happens instead?
The Dropdown flickers.

mehmet@, I'm having trouble spotting the flicker in the screen recording.  Can you tell me precise when it happens / what you're doing when it happens?  Is it the flicker as the dropdown opening initially?  (I can't tell if that's real or just an anomaly from the recording.)

Thanks for your feedback. I just only type the letter g into the Omnibox. Then the Dropdown opens, but it doesn't open fluid. It opens with one or two steps between it, which looks like a flicker to me. I recorded a new screencast, where I'm screencasting the one of C#0, while playing with the rewind/forward controller. I hope it's clearer now :)
