Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Installed attached apk file 2. Changed webview version to M-61 and latest canary M-73 and observed getUserMedia error:NotReadableError error Chrome versions tested: 61.0.3163.98 , 71.0.3578.99 , 73.0.3649.0 OS: Android 8.0.0 Android Devices: Nexus 6p Issue is seen in from older M-61 builds, hence considering this as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged Thanks!

Removing Chrome version from the title, since it seems this is not version-specific.

I repro with the given URL in the WebView shell, but not in the same version of Chrome. The logcat messages highlighted in the report appear for both WebView and Chrome, so those are probably not related. https://appr.tc/ works in WebView, and it looks like that also uses getUserMedia. |
