Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Make sure Servicified service workers flag is Enabled. 2. Go to site with service worker. 3. In devtools go to application tab -> ServiceWorkers. 4. If service worker is already loaded note the Received date. It may already be something like '01/01/1970', but in any case, 5. Unregister the service worker and refresh page. What is the expected behavior? The service worker Received date to be now. And PDF's to download with Content-Disposition set to Inline. What went wrong? 1. The service worker Received date will be '01/01/1970'. 2. This, in turn or also, causes pdf downloads with Content-Disposition INLINE to not work. Did this work before? Yes Maybe 69. Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04 Flash Version: Version 70.0.3538.110 works.

Yes, I have now tested your issue. The exact same happens there, the service worker received date is broken and then pdf will not download, and then with Servicified service workers flag disabled everything works. Note, that when turning the flag from enabled to disabled and revisiting the site, that the service worker is still there and did not re-register, thus it is obviously still showing the invalid date. But the download is working. It is only on re-registering the service worker now that it will display the correct date. Can you (or anyone) just confirm that they are also seeing the broken/invalid received date when registering a service worker while Servicified service workers flag is enabled?
