OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux (14.04 LTS)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to any webpage and press 'Ctrl+P' to open Print Preview.
(2) Now bring focus over radio button of 'Pages' section and press Down arrow key.
(3) Observe the preview page.
Actual Result: Print Preview page scrolls down after pressing Down arrow key over radio button.
Expected Result: Print Preview page should not get scroll down after pressing Down arrow key over radio button.
This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-71’, below is the Manual Regression range:
Good build: 71.0.3575.0 (Revision: 597883)
Bad build: 71.0.3576.0 (Revision: 598282)
