  Description:

kvm_pv_send_ipi in arch/x86/kvm/lapic.c in the Linux kernel through 4.19.2 allows local users to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and BUG) via crafted system calls that reach a situation where the apic map is uninitialized.

Upstream commit is
    38ab012f109c ("KVM: LAPIC: Fix pv ipis use-before-initialization")

The commit is present in chromeos-4.19.

v4.14 and older kernels do not have this commit. The bug was introduced by
    4180bf1b655a ("KVM: X86: Implement "send IPI" hypercall")

which is not present in v4.14 and earlier kernels. Marking as WontFix.
