Chrome + screen readers not interpreting H4s on a page where Firefox does |

Issue descriptionWindows 10 Chrome 73.0.3645.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit) (cohort: Clang-32) Firefox 64.0 (64-bit) NVDA 2018.4 JAWS 2019.1812.49 ILM Steps to reproduce: # Launch screen reader # Launch browser # Navigate to http://www.jnsforum.com/community/forum/52-worldwide-models/ # Press 'h' while in browse mode/virtual cursor on to navigate to next heading Expected: Headings always seen as headings, navigable by all screen readers Actual: Chrome + JAWS: only title "Worldwide Models" is seen as heading, no further headings after pressing h Chrome + NVDA: no headings found, pressing h does nothing Firefox + JAWS: no headings found, pressing h does nothing Firefox + NVDA: all topic headings are recognized as headings, pressing h navigates between all headings

@leberly, you wrote that Firefox + JAWS doesn't work, but the title says works in Firefox. It only works properly in Firefox + NVDA, correct? Also, the page markup is weird. For example, the <h4> elements are inside of list items. I think this is a WONTFIX. |
