Some of the behaviors of tab and app dragging are not correct with multiple displays with following settings,
1. Set the external display as primary display.
2. Drag the window from the internal display.
The drop target that we created after begin window drag is created in the primary display, which is not in the same display as the dragged window. This causes lots of the issues. But not sure whether we can create it in the same display as the dragged window when it is not the primary window.
Ben, do you think whether we can disable the window drag if it doesn't happen in the primary display?

Ben, do you think it is ok to disable the window drag if it doesn't happen in the primary display?
