Connection problems with headset from Bluetooth LE scanner app

Chrome Version: 11316.33.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Install Bluetooth LE scanner app from playstore
(2)Scan for devices. 
(3)Stop the scanning and try connecting to different devices

What is the expected result?

The devices should connect without  any problem

What happens instead?

The BT mouse and keyboard connected fine , when connecting to the Bose QC35 headset , even after the headset is connected , the app shows the device as connecting .

The connected device is shown under un-paired device in the status tray.

We don't expect LE connection to headsets to succeed.  This is expected behavior
