[Sheriff] Builder ios-slimnav shows 3 failures of 
PushAndReplaceStateNavigationTestCase/testHtml5HistoryNavigatingPastNonPushedURL
on Dec 20, but it seems fixed since.

Stephen, since you touched that file last, could you spend a few minutes trying to find the cause? Maybe a related change that got reverted/fixed? If you can't find anything, feel free to close it as no repro.

Removing Sheriff-Chromium label.
