Downloads folder disappear under "My files"

Chrome OS Version: 11316.29.0, 72.0.3626.22(dev) channel 
Android vers: 9
Devices: Nocturne DVT (A70 Main4)

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open "CCA 5.3" app from launcher (Tablet landscape/rotate device to 360 mode) 
Observe behavior below: 

Expected result:
CCA should open without any issue

Actual result:
CCA app opened with camera preview black screen with blue spinning circle. 

-I notice when this issue happen, "Download" folder is not show up.

Note: reboot the device then it works fine.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (randomly - happens 2 time)

1. after i reboot the device, and open CCA 5.3, notice Gallery thumbnail shown "black" icon on either photo/video mode.

2. when I open File/Download folder, i can't open any of the pictures....see the  attached files...(Gallery, Open with.., More actions) are missing.
-reboot system still not recover the issue

It seems 'Downloads' folder problem on M72? Could you please help to take a look and forward to Files-app team? Thanks.

According to the description in original post, it looks like Downloads/ folder disappears under "My files". I have updated the title.
