There is currently no keyboard shortcut for the "Duplicate" tab feature exposed through the tab context menu. Given that it is the most used option in that context menu (based on UserActions.Counts UMA), I think it makes sense to consider adding a keyboard shortcut for the feature as well.

Not sure what key combination would be most user-friendly here, but I wanted to file this to hopefully get some discussion going.
