Start running nightly chameleon tests on weekly schedule

The nightly chameleon test suites have not attracted attention in order to stabilize the tests. For now they are taking bandwidth from the dedicated chameleon pool of hosts. Separate effort should triage the tests, and check priority and need to move to perbuild suite(s).
