Right now, the task process inherits the bot's integrity level.

A new containment flag should enable specifying the task designed integrity level to use on Windows. This could be used on Windows 7.

Issue 755746 is about using this, which is preferable to using whatever the bot happens to run at.

In practice, we'd want the bot to always run at high integrity, to allow more flexibility.
