Chrome Version: Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Win10
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to https://s.codepen.io/stevef/debug/vvyRBm
(2) inspect accessibility properties (chrome dev tools) of the first <th> "<th>Monday</th>" element in the top row of the table
What is the expected result?
<th> <th>Monday</th> exposed as role=columnheader
What happens instead?
<th> <th>Monday</th> exposed as role=rowheader
Firefox and Edge correctly identify as a columnheader as does safari on mac. Only chrome exposes as a rowheader
