Regression: Extra space is seen on 'More Actions' menu of saved password entry in 'chrome://settings/passwords'.

Chrome Version: 73.0.3645.0 (Official Build) b2e486f0d5a83d34bd6bdd72ebbe2005063a8133-refs/branch-heads/3645@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS

Pre-condition: Atleast one password shuould be saved in 'chrome://settings/passwords' 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://settings/passwords'.
2. Click on 'More Actions' menu of saved password and observe.

Actual Result  : Extra space is seen on 'More Actions' menu of saved password.
Expected Result: Extra space should not be seen on 'More Actions' menu of saved password.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-73', and will soon provide other bisect info:
Good Build: 72.0.3640.0

Unable to provide 'per-revision' bisect as it shows "RuntimeError : We don't have enough builds to bisect..." error message for above range. 
Hence provided suspect through 'Chromium bisect'.

This is working as intended as per UX's reuqest from bug 619787.
