Pre-condition:
-Sign in to chrome with valid credentials 

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and Navigate to 'https://www.amazon.com/'.
2.Click on 'Start here' under Account & Lists to create account.
3.Click on 'Password' so that password generation auto-populate and observe.

Actual Result  : Background text is seen on separator line of Password suggestion drop-down.
Expected Result: No background text should be seen on separator line of Password suggestion drop-down.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-73' and below is the bisect info:
Good build: 73.0.3636.0(Revision: 615029)
Bad build : 73.0.3637.0(Revision: 615356)

@Vasilii: Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner.

Note:
1.Unable to provide 'per-revision' bisect as it shows "Error running the gsutil command: AccessDeniedException: 403" error message,Tried on other machines but still getting the same error again.
2.Unable to perform 'chromium bisect' script as unable to sign-in on chromium builds, hence providing suspect through Manual change-log.
3.Issue is not reproducible on Win(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS)
