What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user -> press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshots(more than 2) -> go to Files App
2)Now select all by 'Ctrl+A' -> now right click for context menu and select 'Cut' option -> observe selected screenshots are not faded i.e.  selected screenshots should be seen faded as Cut option is selected

Expected: Selected screenshots should be seen as faded when Cut option is selected
Actual: Instead Selected screenshots are not seen as faded
 
This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
