The suspend_resume pytest has some legacy code. It also generates warning messages in factory log when the test runs normally, such as "Write to wakealarm failed, assuming we woke", making us confused when debugging.

We should refactor the pytest to remove those legacy code and figure out the cause of these warning messages.
