As reported by a customer, the Windows 10 virtual keyboard doesn't work with tablet mode in kiosk mode on WIN10 chrome kiosk app. 

Their current workaround is to use a virtual keyboard extension, that is not a great solution because it requires a script to be run to enable the extension when the user logs into active directory. 

Can we either look into the virtual keyboard issue or suggest an alternate virtual keyboard extension?
