It is noisy recording. Probably cable should be cleaned or something. Also, why ONLY one host is running the ext. mic tests? Can you check test_audiojack label and probably shift to another board?

We do have test_audiojack label for chromeos15-row14a-rack7-host2 But chromeos15-row14a-rack7-host2 is serving both stable and unstable audio suites. https://screenshot.googleplex.com/F0Vhy9zRHih |
