@jean.marcell: Unable to reproduce this issue on samsung s7 and s9, no chrome crash is seen on adding PWA. Could you please provide screencast of the issue along with 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes. This would help in further triaging of the issue.

Can you open up chrome://crashes and note any crash reports listed? Specifically, the crash ID would be useful.

#7: that seems like a very short crash ID (I can't find it in our crash reporting tool). Does it say that the crash was uploaded, or is there an upload button?

Right, I need that crash to be uploaded before I can take a look. When it is uploaded, it will get a "Uploaded Crash Report ID" - let me know that ID when the crash report is uploaded.
