Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://kunden.camindo.de/bugtrace/chromium_zerowidth_space.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. text1,​text2 2. try to shrink browserwidth - text2 breakes into next row 3. NOW wrap tex1 and text2 with style "white-space:nowrap" What is the expected behavior? see mozilla browser (small browser width) What went wrong? ​ between is not interpreted. text2 DOES NOT BREAK ANYMORE into next row but "white-space:nowrap" should not affect this!! see mozilla Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.98 and on the latest canary 73.0.3644.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.14.1 As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3112.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.
