In step 46, it says

"webkit_unit_tests_ng (retry with patch summary)  
Failed with patch twice, succeeded without patch:
All/ScrollingCoordinatorTest.touchActionOnInline/1
...
"

Which is technically incorrect. The step didn't run without patch, I believe because it changes //testing/buildbot/*.json files, which disables without patch retries.

Probably just a small change. Erik can you take a look?
