1. There is no functionality yet

What is the expected behavior?
Create a 2nd, 3rd, etc virtual desktop where windows can be moved to different desktops to help the user organize their workspaces.

The users should have the ability to create desktops, perhaps from the Overview screen. Then windows can be dragged to the different desktops. Desktops can be flipped through via a three finger swipe left and right, replacing the old tab swipe gesture.

What went wrong?
There is no ability to create or rotate through virtual desktops
