What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Show a context menu or app menu
(2) Press shift+ctrl+f5 and capture a screenshot of the menu

What is the expected result?
The menu should have an outline/shadow in the captured screenshot

What happens instead?
The menu has no outline/shadow
