Dynamic Type: Quick actions text is cut

With large font and small screen:
Add the chrome quick actions to the widgets menu.

The text describing the action is cut.
Tapping "more" expand the widget and allow it to have everything displayed.

As possible fixes:
- Limiting the number of lines and displayed "..." at the end of the label. Tapping "more" would display the whole content.
- Displaying each element on one line instead of one column.

I think this is really broken and we should fix it.

I think the best behaviour for Accessibility would be:

1. Give the widget a dynamic height to avoid any cropping. 
2. Switch to a two column layout, same as Apple's Siri App Suggestions
