Launch chrome, navigate to above test URL and play the video present on the page in 'Picture-in-Picture' mode. 2. Now minimize the main browser window. 3. Now click on the 'Back to tab' button on the PiP window and observe. Actual Result : Browser turns unresponsive after trying to restore pip window back to main window . Expected Result : Browser should not turn unresponsive on restoring pip window. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-73’ and below is the chromium bisect information: Good Build : 73.0.3643.0 (Revision : 617033) Bad Build : 73.0.3644.0 (Revision : 617389) You are probably looking for a change made after 617384 (known good), but no later than 617385 (first known bad). CHANGE-LOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/e56bb3b941e6e1e973dacf335e86b99d194b8f65..dfc3585fb109ad40c7ddb19c9048018c09291acb Suspecting: r617385? @beaufort.francois : Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner. Kindly refer attached screencast. Thank you

I can't test at the moment because neither Canary nor Dev have the back to tab feature on my system. I will try to repro later.

Just tested on Canary 73.0.3645.0 and it seems to be working fine on my Windows 10 build. Could there be something else at play here?
