What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Take a screenshot >> view it in Files app
(2)Right click to open context menu of it >> select 'Open with..'option
(3)Now press tab in 'Open with..' dialogue box and observe weird flickering with no focus movement(Please refer video)

Actual: Weird flickering with no tab focus is seen while tabbing in 'Open with..' overlay
Expected: No such flickering should be seen while tabbing in 'Open with..' overlay 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
