Describe the problem: 

tools/perf/expectations.config has a different naming scheme for the benchmark name than chromeperf2.

expectations.config: v8.browsing_desktop/...
chromperf2:          v8:browsing_desktop...

I consistently type a dot instead of the semicolon in the new UI :)
