[Interop test failures] Connect disconnect test always fails on 3 APs

CrOS DUTs fail to associate with the following APs in interop lab.

Looks like they are all failing because of wrong key
"mlan0: WPA: 4-Way Handshake failed - pre-shared key may be incorrect"

I checked the key on all the routers and found that all routers except belkin f7d5301 had the correct pre-shared key. Not sure why DUT still complains about the key. I have gone ahead and retyped the key and saved settings on each of these routers, lets see if the issue gets resolved.

belkin f7d5301 - started passed
belkin f7d2301 - some failures and some passes
Netgear WNDR3700v4  - still fails on all runs
ZyXEL NBG6716 - passed on last 2 runs

Going to remove Netgear 3700 and keep an eye on others for couple weeks.

[wifi interop lab] Remove failing AP

Netgear WNDR 3700 AP fails on every test run with 'wrong-key' error and
it continues to happen after confirming the psk is correct. Removing
this router from the interop lab.

BUG=chromium:915980
TEST=Ran test against the AP in interop lab.
