What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Remove microphone permission from Chrome via Android settings
(2) Open Chrome in VR
(3) Click on OmniBox, click on Microphone icon
(4) Click 'allow'

What is the expected result?
The user may begin speaking to enter their search query

What happens instead?
The user must click the microphone again
