Can't remove paired braille display from ChromeVox options

Project Member Reported by lprazdnik@google.com, Dec 18

Issue description

Version 73.0.3640.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
Firmware version: Google_Cave.7820.384.0
Steps:
prerequisite: Make sure a braille display is already paired
# Load ChromeVox (Alt + CTRL + Z)
# Launch ChromeVox options (Search key + o, o)
# Navigate to the list of bluetooth braille displays. A paired display should be listed.
# Navigate to and activate the forget button
Expected: going back to the list of displays should not show anything
Actual: the list still shows the braille display

Reproduces in Canary

This pertains just to the new Bluetooth braille display UI put into M72.
Status: WontFix (was: Available)
This is expected. The list shows all braille displays, regardless of their paired state. The The connected state is reflected by the available actions (Connect, Disconnect, Forget).
