Moving to CQ team as that's what is actually running the try jobs.

It appears that "Rafael.Cintron@microsoft.com" was added to the access list, the CL was uploaded with "rafael.cintron@microsoft.com" as the gerrit account. We cannot generally assume that email addresses are case-insensitive (the domain part can be, but the mailbox names are technically case sensitive). I think if Rafael Cintron wants to use the "rafael.cintron@microsoft.com" email, we should add that to the tryjob access list instead of "Rafael.Cintron@microsoft.com".

Unfortunately, I am not able to access either of the chrome-infra-auth.appspot.com links in @tandrii's reply.  

Do you mind changing the e-mail address for the chromium tryjobs to be the lower case version: rafael.cintron@microsoft.com? This would match the address my Gerrit account is listed under.

Hi Rafael. I edited your email address in our internal repository for tryjob access to match the lowercase address your Gerrit account is listed under. Could you let us know if this has fixed your issue?

I do not have any changes in flight at the moment. But when I do, I'll let you know whether I'm able to submit TryJobs.
