Server Prediction : shutterfly.com : State and Country box do not get autofilled

Chrome Version: 73.0.3639.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to checkout page of shutterfly.com
(2)Under Shipping Address, select First Name box and apply autofill profile


What is the expected result?
State and Country box gets autofilled

What happens instead?
State and Country box does not get autofilled
