Occasional blank renderer: progress bar advances but page never draws. (intermittent) |

Issue descriptionI've seen this only twice in last two weeks: I navigate and I can tell that the page is loading because the progress bar is progressing but nothing shows. Even after the page appears to be fully loaded the tab content remains completely blank. This happened once in normal navigation and once in the Overlay Panel for Contextual Search. Anyone else seeing this?

This issue could be the same as issue 910093 but it's hard to know since both bugs are very hard to reproduce. When I last saw this I repeated the exact same sequence over again but it did not repro. I think most users have data-saver on so it's hard to know if that's a factor either. I think we should leave this bug open as a P3 for now to collect feedback when other folks see this issue. I'll leave myself as owner until we figure out more about what might be going wrong.
