The new prompt in the Autofill dropdown, "Show cards from your Google Account", immediately reshows the dropdown with new cards available upon selection.

Unfortunately, this reshow is not announced, so for a screen reader-only user, it seems like selecting this item is a no-op.

We should identify the right thing to announce and announce it on the reshow popup event.

So far I've only tested this on VoiceOver, but I suspect the same issue would exist with other screen readers and the same fix would apply.
