Non-Regression:Back button moves up and hand pointer stays on clicking back button in enterprise enrollment page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >>go to Sign into your chromebook page
(2)Click on Enterprise enrollment from More options
(3)Click on Back button and observe hand pointer stay

Actual: Back button moves up and hand pointer stays on clicking back button in enterprise enrollment page
Expected:No such unnecessary movement in back button with hand pointer stay should be seen on clicking back button in enterprise enrollment page

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-69
