This is an umbrella bug to collect all issues, CLs, and hacks to bridge the autotest/hdctools layer through the transition of servod described at go/servoarch.

Mainly, this is related to removing the assumptions around serialnames, and the logic of 'servo_v4_with_[ccd_cr50|servo_micro]' type, as those will be gone.

The steps will be

(1) build mock layers into servo_server initially that simulate the old behavior
(2) roll out the new hdctools to the lab
(3) start removing the old layer in autotest
(4) remove the compatibility mocks from servo_server.

Any other issues that are encountered in this process should be filed as blocking this issue, to swiftly address them.
