Chrome freezes repeatedly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. uninstall chrome
2. reinstall
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
punch PC

What went wrong?
Chrome froze a lot

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.110 using Windows 10.
Steps: 
-----
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Uninstalled chrome and reinstalled chrome
As we have observed that the chrome working normally.

@Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions & apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists and also provide chrome crash id from " chrome://crashes "
