Country no longer available as a selection under tools on toolbar

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select tools
2. Selection now "Any Time" & "All Results" with "All or country" now no longer available
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Results are now from the entire web and not from users country 

What went wrong?
You lot fixed something that did not need to be fixed thst is seriously irritating

Did this work before? Yes 71.0.3578.80 / All previous versions

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

We need a version with the country selection back

Google Search site is not part of Chrome.
Try using "Send feedback" link at the bottom of the page, see also:

Thanks for filing the issue!

The issue doesn't seem to be related to chrome, rather it's with Google search. Hence removing Needs-Bisect label and closing this. Requesting reporter to file an issue with Google Search as per comment#1.
