Incorrect translation of "Period" (in Korean)

Reported by jinmot...@gmail.com, Dec 16

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on address bar
2. It shows menu including emoji action (Ctrl+Period key) as (Ctrl+기간), not (Ctrl+마침표).

What is the expected behavior?
Ctrl+마침표 is correct translation. It's synonym error since 기간 means term (or period).

What went wrong?
It shows Ctrl+기간.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

jinmoteam@ Thanks for the issue.

Tried testing the issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 71.0.3578.80 and the latest Canary 73.0.3646.0 by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and changed the language to Korean.
2. Opened a new tab, right clicked on address bar and on hitting Ctrl+Period key, cannot observe anything in Korean language.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triging the issue.
Also request you to provide a screen cast of the steps followed, which will help in further triaging of the issue.

Thanks..

I can confirm this issue, not only in Korean, but also in Polish (see attachment) any multiple other languages (e.g. Ukrainian and Russian, see https://cs.chromium.org/search/?q=1801827354178857021&sq=package:chromium&type=cs). In Polish the period (full stop) key is Kropka, not Okres. Similarly, in Russian it should be Точка, not Период.
