Android Apps on Chrome OS Don't Connect to the Internet

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open an Android app that requires the internet to run

What is the expected behavior?
The app should connect to the internet and run properly.

What went wrong?
The app doesn't connect to the internet and therefore the app cannot run.

Did this work before? Yes Thursday's version of the Canary Channel

When you open up the app, it works for a few minutes, and then it loses internet connection. Afterwards, no other android app has internet connection.
