Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: - What is the expected behavior? With the option of using native notifications under Windows 10 in Chrome now, it becomes confusing for the average user to understand the difference between "hidden in action center" and "actually closed". I use in my Chrome Extension the onClosed listener to do something. This appears now which for Win 10 users like a bug when they click the arrow that hides the notification in the action center (instead of clicking the "close" button), since they would expect the same behavior as on an actual CLOSE. Therefor it would be very useful if we get a onHidden listener. Or an option to disable hiding in action center in the first place. What went wrong? - Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

@woxxom Good idea and thank you for pointing that out. I have submitted an issue there as well: https://github.com/whatwg/notifications/issues/142

From comment#0, it is understood that the issue seems to be a Feature request, hence marking it as Untriaged and requesting someone from respective team to have a look into it. Thanks!

If this is about Chrome Extensions, then there's nothing like that in iOS Chrome.
