Picture in Picture PIP is disabled

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.17 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. GO to any youtube video right 
2. right click twice
3. try to click on "picture in picture"

What is the expected behavior?
Picture in Picture should be clickabke

What went wrong?
Picture in Picture is disabled in right click menu

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 72.0.3626.17  Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6
Flash Version: 

This works fine on other computers.

I believe you're hitting the same issue as bug 910788.
Please enable the #enable-surfaces-for-videos flag as well in about:flags.

Yes enabling #enable-surfaces-for-videos solved this issue. It was set to default I enabled it. Thanks!
