Failing to parse SourceMaps

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. node v(11.3.0), webpack v(4.16.5), ts-loader v(4.4.2)
2. Upgrade to Chrome v71
3. Error is reproduced

What is the expected behavior?
SourceMaps will be properly parsed

What went wrong?
Chrome updated from version 70 to 71

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Console log: "DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: https://localhost:44301/dist/main-client.js.map"
