Chrome OS Version: 11316.22.0, 72.0.3626.15 dev-channel eve

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No exact repro steps
(1) Login as multi-profile user
(2) Suspend/ resume the device and device is in lock screen state
(3) Try login to the device 

What happens instead?
Random device hang happened. This issue is not 100% reproducible.
Recovered the device using the keys Alt+Vol-up+xxx and browser crash observed after login.
