Server Prediction : lushusa.com : Address fields do not get Autofilled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to checkout page of lushusa.com
(2)Under Shipping, select First Name and Apply Autofill profile


What is the expected result?
Address fields get Autofilled

What happens instead?
Address fields do not get Autofilled
